We're a couple moving to a bigger spot! (they/them + he/him)
Both writers, have enjoyed living here and have made friends in the building who we'll miss dearly.

We live onsite and have flexible schedules re: viewing needs.
We'll stay on lease and have an independent subcontract, unless you prefer for us to create an official lease takeover.
