The Space
- Fully furnished, garden-level 1 Br, 1 Ba with exposed beams, open shelving, and a desk set-up for working from home. You enter on the ground floor under the stoop.
- Well-stocked kitchenette with mid-size fridge/freezer, 2 stove burners, Keurig coffee maker, Toaster Oven and more.
- Roku Smart TV
- Comfy couch and reclining chair
- Private, covered patio off of the living room that is all yours to use. I may pop in occasionally to grab the hose back there just to water our plants
- Utilities and Wifi are included
- Access to Washer/Dryer (we can coordinate usage as we use it as well)

The Neighborhood
- Beautiful tree-lined, brownstone-dotted block in Bed-Stuy near Hancock and Patchen. The block itself is very peaceful, but you're a couple minutes away from being in the mix of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and more. Bed-Stuy has so much to offer and it's a great part of the neighborhood to go for a stroll and see where things take you.
- Close to 2 different subway lines: 8-10 minute walk to the J train at either Halsey or Gates and 12ish minute walk to the A/C at Utica Ave. Also a couple minutes to the B26, B46, an B47 bus lines, which are great for intra-Brooklyn destinations.

About This Lister

This is our family home, so we live upstairs. Our parents stay in this suite for part of the year, but we are subletting while they are gone. We're a family of 4 with 2 little kids (3 and 5) and a dog, so there is plenty of noise in the house, but we will obviously be respectful. But if you desire something really quiet, it might not be the best spot. The kids are in school from 8-5:30 every weekday, though, so it's very peaceful during the day. We're just looking for some good people to share our space with when it's available!
