I’m subletting my apartment in Crown Heights for one month, from June 7 to July 7. Utilities as well as WiFi will be included in the rent. The apartment spans two floors (basement + upstairs) and has a really spacious, comfortable feel. My partner and I live in the basement, which essentially functions as a spacious apartment of its own. The space is great for couples.

The basement comes equipped with a projector, and upstairs is a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and an outdoor area. It’s close to both the Kingston 3 and Kingston–Throop C stops, making it an easy, well-connected spot for the month.

I am a playwright and director who lives with my partner in the basement space. My roommate lives and works from home on the top floor of the apartment, which essentially functions as its own apartment, although kitchen, washer/dryer, dining area, and outdoor area are shared.
