In my 2-bed/2-bath apartment, you would have a large bedroom and private bathroom, a shared living room, dining room, and kitchen, a shared laundry room with the building, and a pool and hot tub. I have one male roommate who works in post production and keeps to himself.

My bedroom is fully furnished with a large closet, queen bed, desk, small couch and peloton bike. Our kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchen tools (air fryer, toaster oven, milk steamer, kettle, etc.). The $1500 price per month would include utilities and WiFi. If you need a car and wanted to chip in for car insurance, you can drive mine! We have a huge TV and record player.

Our building is a 12 minute walk to downtown Culver City, and a 3 minute walk to the Palms Expo station.
