I'm out of town for work and am looking for someone to sublet my furnished room in our beautiful 3br apartment in Prospect Lefferts Gardens! It's on Ocean Ave, just steps from Prospect Park!

- 6th floor (top floor) – reliable and functioning elevator
- Laundry in-building
- Roof access with great views!
- Lots of storage space in closets and bathroom
- Thick walls – super quiet
- Hardwood floors
- Tons of sunlight in the bedroom
- Gorgeous crown molding and built-in arches
- TV in the living room with most streaming platforms
- Responsive super
- Very friendly building!

Your roommates would be two artists in their late twenties. One of them works from home and one works in the city. Both lovely, amazing people! Queer-friendly household.

We enjoy socializing and having the occasional dinner party, but also like to keep a tidy and peaceful home.

We're looking for someone to sublet for one month – August 15-September 15 – with potential for some flexibility, if needed.

There are folks of all ages in the building, and everyone is very friendly. Super area. A grocery store, drug store, restaurants, coffee shops, and bars all around the area!

This place is really awesome and I'm jealous of whoever gets to hop in here while I'm gone.
