I'm subletting my fully furnished Bed Stuy bedroom from May 15-August 15 (dates are flexible). Monthly rent is $1500, utilites are included. You will have your own private bedroom and 3 awesome roommates! There are 1.5 bathrooms. In addition to your bedroom, there is a common space (sofa and tv) and kitchen. There is lots of light and exposed brick. My roommates are in their 20s and are super clean, and don't love going out. Most nights in our apartment are quiet and chill. The apartment is located 10 minute walk from the G and C trains. Grocery is right next store. Laundry is in the basement.

I am a 25 woman who works in CGI Animation but taking a summer off to focus on painting! My roomamtes are my best friends and we like getting coffee and food together. The ideal sublet for the summer is quiet, clean, and kind! (my worst fear for my roommates is a subletter who brings over friends to party until 3 am every night and doesn't clean after their mess). We are also a shoes-off household (nyc gets dirty)!

Let me know if you are interested and I will have a zoom call with me and one of my roomates just for a quick compatability check! If zoom goes well, the subletter will zelle me $500 deposit for both of our securities by April 15th. If everything goes smoothly (subletter treats the space respectfully, is a respectful roommate, pays on time), I will return all $500 at the end of the lease. The subletter should pay me $1500 June 15, July 15th, and August 15th.
