Room is incredibly spacious (10'8 x 15'4) and can fit queen-size bed, desk, dresser, and arm chair! Has a large closet. Does not come furnished.

Apt has a full kitchen with dishwasher, in-unit washer/dryer, and spacious living/dining area!

Available from April 1 (could be earlier) - May 31. $1800/month - but willing to be flexible for the right fit.

You’ll be sharing the space with me, the owner of the apartment. I am a 31 year old queer Asian woman who works for an education non-profit. I have a hybrid work schedule, so I am remote 2 days of the week. I love to yap about astrology, books, and community.

In the home, I am clean, communicative, and friendly! (As a barometer, I don't like to keep dishes in the sink overnight and wipe down surfaces after I cook). It’s important to me to have a home that’s feels comfortable and open, where we can check in with each other but also can give each other space as needed.

I cook regularly and like to chill out at home, but I'm often out and about during the week.
