The apartment is available beginning June 1st for a 2 or 4 month sublet.

It is located on Maspeth Avenue, 2 blocks from the Graham L train station, one block from the beautiful Cooper Park, a short walk, bike or train ride from McCarren Park and Domino Parks, The Williamsburg waterfront and Bedford Avenue shopping district.

The apartment has 18ft ceilings with south facing, floor to ceiling windows in both the living room and bedroom, opening onto to a private 200 square foot patio (the patio is currently not furnished).

The second bedroom with full private bath is located up the stairs pictured behind the sofa in the living room and has its own private entrance and full bathroom.

The unit is located on the ground floor in the back of the building and gets zero street noise.

Pets are not allowed unfortunately.

The monthly rent is $5,250.00 + Utilities which average $200-$250/month at this time of year.

There is an option to rent a parking spot in the building's covered garage for $250/month.
