I'm looking for a new roommate in my 3BR apartment in East Williamsburg/Bushwick, Brooklyn. The available room is large, gets lots of sun, has a big closet, and two large windows. The apartment itself is spacious with high ceilings, fully furnished (besides the available bedroom), and has an awesome private backyard. While it is a 3BR, there would only be two of us living here–I use the other room as an office. It’s near the L train at both Montrose and Morgan Avenues, the J/M trains at Flushing Avenue, and the G train at Broadway is within walking distance as well. I’ve lived in this apartment for over ten years and love it. It’s a great neighborhood and a super convenient location. I'll be pretty busy with work (hybrid, but when home I work from my home office) and am looking for a roommate who is respectful and mature, easy-going and clean. I like to live with people I can chat and hang out with, but can also balance having our alone time.
