Only 7 mins from the A/C at Nostrand Ave, close to amazing restaurants/bars, 12 mins from Herbert Von King park. The management company is extremely responsive and has sent someone the next morning whenever I’ve requested maintenance. I’ve loved this apartment and am sad to leave!

I'm leaving this great apartment after 1.5 years, and was planning to resign my lease for a third year if not for a great opportunity that came up serendipitously. The natural lighting is amazing, the living space is excellent, and I love the block and surrounding area so much. I live alone and work fully remotely , which has been great in this apartment. I've been happily taking care of my family's dog for several months this year. Highly recommend new tenants involved in the block association!
