Leaving my sun drenched 1 bedroom apartment in Bed-Stuy and looking for a lease takeover. Flexible start between 11/1 and 11/15 ending October 31, 2026 with opportunity to resign. Street side unit on the top floor of a 4-story, 8-unit brownstone with south-facing windows on a beautiful, quiet block. Only 7 mins from the A/C at Nostrand Ave, close to amazing restaurants/bars, 12 mins from Herbert Von King park. The management company is extremely responsive and has sent someone the next morning whenever I’ve requested maintenance. I’ve loved this apartment and am sad to leave!

Helping my landlords find someone to take over the lease, so will connect interested applicants directly with them over email to share the following requirements and have their applications reviewed. This would be a full lease transfer, with the opportunity to renew after the initial term ends on 3/31/26.

I'm leaving this great apartment after 1.5 years, and was planning to resign my lease for a third year if not for a great opportunity that came up serendipitously. The natural lighting is amazing, the living space is excellent, and I love the block and surrounding area so much. I live alone and work fully remotely , which has been great in this apartment. I've been happily taking care of my family's dog for several months this year. Highly recommend new tenants involved in the block association!
