It's a rent stabilized 2nd floor apartment in a small apartment building (under 10 units). The apartment has been thoughtfully maintained and renovated and has beautiful hardwood floors and pressed tin ceilings. It also has an in-unit washer/dryer, a lot of storage space, and a large bathtub. The common spaces are (mostly) furnished and the bedroom is unfurnished.

The available bedroom is south facing and gets a lot of light. It has large built-in storage and is approximately 10’x9’, plus the storage.

I've lived here for two months and am really fond of the apartment. The building management is easily accessible and the neighbors are friendly. The apartment has really been cared for by past tenants and management, which makes for a sweet, homey space.

I’ve enjoyed cultivating a warm home-space so far. I’d like to foster a space that’s cozy and restful. Generally I’m a clean and organized person and appreciate straightforward communication. I’m happy to sometimes chat and to sometimes just coexist. The kitchen is very well equipped (I’m a professional baker myself), so perfect if you enjoy cooking or baking.
