Looking for a kind, responsible person to take care of my beautiful, peaceful Williamsburg home (and plants) :) Great for a solo traveler or a couple, with an office for anyone who works from home. It's my favorite place I've lived in in NYC and hope you'll get to enjoy it too!

I'll be away for ~3-6 months from Nov 15 (possible to rent from Dec 1 or Dec 15, too). Priority to those looking for 3+ months.

ABOUT THE SPACE
Sunny duplex with floor-to-ceiling windows in every room. Living room is south-facing and gets great sun all day, with an adorable balcony off it that overlooks a beautiful green garden.

The main floor has the living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and primary bedroom with a walk-in closet; upstairs is the office with a large private rooftop that's great for yoga or dining.

Great Wi-Fi, no-shoe home, fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher, laundry in building, smart TV, Nest thermostat, kosher-style kitchen. Three-flight walkup. No smoking, no pets.

ABOUT THE BUILDING/NEIGHBORHOOD
Incredibly quiet building and street, with all the best restaurants and cafes of Williamsburg nearby (will send you my favorites)!

6 min. walk to Bedford L or 10 min. to J/M/G/Z. Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, and five other grocery stores within a 5-10 min. walk. Domino Park 5 min. away, McCarren 15 :)

$1250/week (min 3 weeks) -- happy to discount for 3+ months

Hi! I'm 32, work in tech (former founder turned product manager), love all things interior design, and speak 5+ languages (English, French, Hebrew, Spanish, Russian). I was born and raised in NY, but lived in California for 5 years, and spent extended amounts of time in Mexico City, France, and Israel. My home was decorated with pieces collected across my travels (and the rest, CB2/West Elm/C&B etc). I'll be traveling for a few months :)
