Hello,

We are seeking a fourth female roommate to join our apartment in Greenpoint and co-sign a one-year lease starting September 1st. It's a four-bedroom apartment with two full bathrooms, an in-unit washer/dryer, a furnished rooftop, a living room, and a kitchen. The rent is $1,650 per month.

A large, unfurnished bedroom with glass doors leading to a private balcony and floor-to-ceiling closets is available. If you would like to move in August, please notify us as it’s up to the current roommate who is moving out of the city and our landlord.

We are located in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, close to the G train, 7 train, and ferry to the city, as well as lots of coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores.

Perks of the place: big closets in bedrooms, new stainless steel kitchen appliances, hardwood floors, furnished rooftop with a magnificent view, in-unit washer/dryer, and kind, friendly, and considerate roommates who don't bring parties back home. (That's my personal favorite part!)

We split the cost of WiFi, gas, electricity, and household items (dish soap, toilet paper, etc.) and it's usually around $100 per month. Unfortunately, pets and smoking are not allowed per our lease, and we are only looking for a female roommate.

We work in the design, business, and sustainability industries and are usually busy. You'll be sharing a bathroom with a male roommate who is organized, clean, and respectful, with a love for house plants, bouldering, and fashion.
