4th floor walk-up in a small, clean, quiet co-op building on 55th street (off 10th). You enter into the living room with big windows that face out onto 55th street. And you can hear the central park horses walk by every evening!

The kitchen (and the whole apt) is newly remodeled with fancy appliances including dishwasher. The bedroom has three closets and looks out onto the back yard. There's also a Casper Wave mattress on the bed (that's the NICE Casper).

There are two window ACs - living room and bedroom - and a TV with a new Roku in the living room. No laundry in the building, but a place one block away does pick-up/drop-off and housecleaning. The grocery store downstairs has an amazon locker.

I'm open to renting out for a minimum of three months, but I'd prefer someone who wants to stay for longer.

I decorated the space lovingly and now that someone new will be living there, I had it completely repainted and refreshed. The bedroom AC is brand new, as are the living room rug and curtains. I always kept the apt super clean and considered it my sanctuary and I hope you will find peace there too.
