I’m looking for a subletter for February 18-25 in my bright, sunny two-bedroom apartment. The available room gets great natural light from two windows and comes furnished with a full-size bed and a generous closet.

The apartment is in a newly renovated building with a dishwasher, and laundry is conveniently located right across the street. You’ll be sharing the apartment with me, and the space includes an eat-in kitchen, a separate dining room, and a cozy living room with a large TV. The apartment is on the second floor of a walk-up building.

The F train is just a two-minute walk, and the neighborhood is full of great restaurants, cafés, cinemas, and galleries. Everything is right outside your door.

I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and quiet.

The weekly rate for the room is $600. This reflects a furnished room, includes utilities, internet, and water for the duration of the stay.
