Clean, sunny ,quiet room in nice apt 2 blocks from 6 train, and 4 blocks from 2 and 3 trains . Supermarket and Post office nearby and 4 blocks from central park and 2 and 3 trains

Sunny room 13x15 clean with good light heat available. Big closet and bed available if needed . Piano and guitar in house and can be used. 4 blocks from central park ,Laundry in building , roof access, I would prefer someone who has a somewhat regular monday -friday schedule and who studies or works outside of the Apt and hoping for 1 person not couples if possible - PS no cats or Dogs Thanks - Aaron
