Hi! My roommate and I are looking for someone to sublet a room in our Ridgewood apartment starting August 1, 2025 through July 31, 2026 (yearlong sublet).

The apartment is a 3-bedroom, 1-bath on the top floor of a 3-story building, located on a quiet and lovely block in Ridgewood, Queens. We are a 3 minute walk to the Forest or Seneca M, 10 minute walk to Myrtle-Wyckoff L. The available room is unfurnished, with two large windows facing the backyard, access to the fire escape, and a closet with built-in shelving. Rent is $1200/month, plus utilities.
