This room has its own personal balcony which is wonderful for coffee in the morning and late night conversations. The building has an elevator, 9-5 doorman, a basement with a gym, sauna, movie theater room, and additional laundry room. It’s a great building with lovely neighbors!

The home has three roommates all in their early thirties. One roommate has a who is very sweet and chill cat. Everyone has very active lives, works hybrid, and likes to travel. We do enjoy throwing the occasional party but day to day the house is calm, sociable, and clean.

We are a 10 minute walk to the 2/3/4/5 trains as well as the C. There are citibikes just around the corner. The neighborhood is great with tons of restaurants and bars nearby on Franklin and Washington. An easy walk to prospect park as well!
