Very tall ceilings!
Great natural light (southeast exposure) facing a quiet street
Private ensuite bathroom
Unfurnished

The Apartment:
Private backyard with table, grill, turf, and lots of sunlight
Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and lots of cabinet space
1st floor of a 4-story walk-up (elevated off the street, quiet but convenient)
Laundromat across the street
5 min walk to the Nassau G
Surrounded by great food, bars, cafes, and close to McCarren & McGolrick Parks

Looking for:
Someone clean, considerate, and a good communicator who’s down for a 9-month lease takeover, with the option to re-sign.
