Start and end dates are somewhat flexible. Apartment is a 3-bed/2-bath third floor walk-up in a 3-unit building. Our unit is the only one on this floor.

Both bedrooms are south-facing, which means great sunlight, with big windows and balcony access. Rooms include AC, heating, storage space for clothes etc, a full desk, Casper queen-size mattress and bedframe. Rooms share one full bathroom. Apartment has hardwood floors and is fully furnished, has Wi-Fi, good-sized common areas, lots of plants, and a lovely roommate, whose room/bathroom is on the opposite (north) side of the apartment.

Located near Humboldt - Withers St junction, 5 minutes walking from the Graham Av L Train station in Williamsburg/East Williamsburg. Very cool neighborhood area, walkable, lots of nice cafes (Larry's Ca Phè, Variety, Land to Sea...) and restaurants (Okozushi, Bonnie's, Beco, Lella Alimentari...) nearby. Our block is residential and quiet.

Quiet apartment, we work from home, cook, keep to ourselves and are welcoming :)

$1800/month rent for the guest bedroom + $150 flat rate utilities + $90 for monthly cleaning service.

Prices prorated per day, if more or less days. Towels, sheets, and other essentials are available by request.

About This Lister

We are filmmakers/creatives from Texas and Spain. You will be sharing the space with our good friend and housemate. We are also close with our downstairs neighbors (Apartment 2), who you will hopefully get to meet during your stay. We all love our building and consider it home and hope you do too!
