800 sq ft, light-filled Williamsburg loft available for sublet while I’m out of town this November. The apartment has an open, modern layout with high ceilings, warm wood floors, and a mix of mid-century and contemporary furniture. It’s close to everything in Williamsburg but out of the fray, with the J/M just around the corner and the G and L lines nearby. A huge grocery store is right downstairs, and it’s about 15 minutes to Manhattan.
The Space
The main living area is open and airy, with distinct spaces for relaxing, dining, and working. There’s two sofas, couple of comfy chairs for reading, a dining table that doubles as a great workspace, and lots of art and books throughout. The kitchen is compact but well equipped — gas stove, full-size fridge, bialetti, and plenty of cookware for anyone who likes to cook.
The bedroom is cozy and minimal, with a cali king bed, quality linens, and good lighting for reading. The bathroom is newly redone and spotless. Laundry is in the building, and there’s rooftop access one flight up.
I’m a terrible photographer, so happy to give you a FaceTime tour!

I work in sustainability and have lived in New York for 20 years.
This is my home, so I’m looking for a responsible, kind person (or couple) who will take good care of it.
Pls tell me a bit about yourself and what brings you to NY this fall in your reply.
