Sunny, stylish studio located in the best neighborhood in LA. There's tons of light and plants and good vibes.

I have a cozy West Elm couch with Netflix and Hulu to stream.

I also have a super comfortable and expensive mattress, I really invested in my bed.

But the best part of the apartment in my opinion is the location. It's in the heart of Los Feliz walkable to everything - hip cafes, bars, restaurants, bookstores, movie theaters, and grocery stores. Not to mention, fabulous hiking in Griffiths Park just blocks away.

There's no parking spot but I find parking easily.

The apartment is on the second floor in a very friendly building. I have a window AC unit, fan and heat if you need.

There's also a coin washer and dryer in the basement.

I've rented this place for seven years and I love the apartment.

I'm good friends with lots of people in the building and it's just a really positive vibe.

I'm gonna be traveling for a month and I want to make sure that whoever stays in my place will treat it with respect and care.
