The apartment is a studio with a sliding door, 5 floor walk-up.

It is equipped with 2 AC/Heater, TV and a big working desk. Lots of books and a cat. I have a tatami style bed and the bedroom gets a lot of sunlight. In the center of the lower east side, close to Chinatown, Soho, East Village. Lots of good restaurants and shops.

Looking for quiet and single person, ideally would be willing to take care of my cat Momo, who is very friendly and cuddly. Price discounted for cat sitting :)

3 minute walk to Essex/Delancey Subway Station.
