Hello! This is a clean, vibey little one bed in Chinatown. It has great food at your doorstep, a block away from ice cream in Little Italy, two more away from something a little fancier in Tribeca, and ten minutes from nightlife in Lower East Side or shopping in Soho.

It's quiet at night, with sun rising through the bedroom windows in the day. Rent includes all utilities and Wifi. There's a laundry place a couple of minutes away.

I've been living here just over a year, and this apartment was renovated before I moved in, so is very clean and tidy. I am looking for a somebody who loves the area as much as I do, and will take care of my plants and the space while I'm away.

It's a great area. You can walk to the water on the west side in 20 minutes. Get up to the villages in 20 too. And with Canal Street subway on your doorstep, you can get the 4, 6, J, N, Q, R, W, Z. The J is a direct train all the way to JFK. OR there's a CitiBike stop right outside the building.
