The room is a good size. It's big enough for a queen bed and desk. There's no smoking 420 stuff inside, and our building does not allow any pets, sorry. No couples.

The room is unfurnished and there is no window in the room, which is why the price is $850. The kitchen is excellent.

It's a fantastic room if you will be out of the house during the day. You will have most early mornings and evenings to yourself in the living room kitchen.

Our apartment overlooks Herbert Von King Park. The exact location and neighborhood is a nice quiet sanctuary for NYC. It’s extremely refreshing that we can walk down our stairs to go for a walk or relax in the park whenever you want to enjoy some green space.

The lease ends Aug 1, 2025. We may allow shorter-termed leases for specific cases.

- 7 min walk to the G train; a quick bus ride to the A/C trains.
- Right on the B43 & B38 busses.
