Hello! I am looking for either a room or 1-3 people to join me for an apartment search & signing a lease together. I have some flexibility but prefer bushwick/north bedstuy/williamsburg/greenpoint/ridgewood, quiet street, budget up to 1800$ per room (please have good credit + sufficient income), move-in date flexible but asap.

I would love to create a peaceful home, keep the shared areas clean, functional & minimal but comfy. I’m good with occasional guests and parties, but prefer a more restorative and quiet day-to-day.

I prefer roommates who are communicative, sensible, friendly and caring. I don't have pets but love them so you are welcome to bring yours.
