Hello! We have an BIG, BEAUTIFUL, SUN-FILLED bedroom with its own large private deck and GORGEOUS VIEWS (of Bernal Hill) available for move-in in November! You'd be the 3rd housemate in a 3-person house share.

RENTAL LENGTH: Ideally, we'd love to get someone for long-term, but a year to start is fine!

FURNISHINGS: Please note, room comes un-furnished (although there is a Queen-sized bed for sale, if you're interested).

About the HOUSE:
Large, spacious Spanish style 2-story house, with a big living room, a dining room, & full kitchen. 1500 sq feet, built in 1920. Tons of light. Hardware floors and beautiful Spanish tile. Views of the Bay in the distance through the living room windows. Garden patio blooming with jasmine! Kitchen's french doors open onto a garden patio that we all share!

About the NEIGHBORHOOD:
Bernal Heights is a lovely, liberal quiet/quaint neighborhood with an awesome sense of community! We’re located just a 5 min walk to Cortland Avenue, which has all of Bernal Heights’ shops, restaurants, bars, etc. We are an emphatically LGBTQ-friendly house. One of us is queer, one straight.

About the ROOM:

Comes UNFURNISHED. The 230 sq feet. bedroom includes: a skylight, a built-in nook perfect for a desk/office space (or an artist's den, or a huge closet space). You’ll have a private (and brand new!) very large redwood deck off of your room, with nearly 360 views. Including an incredible view of Bernal Hill. See photos for view from the deck!

You would share the upstairs bathroom with just one other housemate.

Giant kitchen with gas stove and all the works (we like to cook, so we have literally every kitchen apparatus!).

ADORABLE DOG disclaimer: You'd also be living with a hilarious and very affectionate tiny dog named Ollie (a Chihuahua-Pomeranian mix), who occasionally wears bow ties. :-)
