-super cute and spacious one bedroom 2 mins away from the top end of Central Park!

-2 mins away from the B/C subways, 10 mins away from the 1/2/3, close to four different bus routes and stops
-it's a walk up building so you'll get a great booty workout
-utilities and WiFi included in rent price - nothing on top of listed price
-cute roof one floor up which is almost always empty and really cozy (plants/seats/lights)
-lots of light in the apartment
-noise level not usually an issue since the apartment is on the top floor
-Saturday farmers' market 3 minutes away
-couch doubles as a large sleeper sofa (the back goes down) although I will only be leaving one set of bedding for the primary bedroom
-don't know most of the neighbors but the ones I recognize are friendly!
-will be leaving one set of sheets for the double bed
-will clear out enough closet space for you!
-will leave essentials in the kitchen but if you cook a lot, you'll want to bring your own equipment
-might need to stop by once or twice over the spring semester just to pick something up!
