I rent a beautiful 725 sq ft apartment steps from City Park in Denver, CO. It’s a historic four-unit home, and mine is the only unit on the first floor. The space features hardwood floors, large bay windows with great natural light, high ceilings, a fenced yard, shared front porch, private back deck, and a full bathtub. It’s technically a 2-bedroom; I use the bay-window room as an office and the smaller room overlooking the backyard as my bedroom. The kitchen is open and airy, and the whole place feels cozy and bright. Walkable to everything: Sprouts, coffee shops, restaurants, thrift stores, the Bluebird Theater, and two of Denver’s best parks (city park and cheeseman)! Incredible mountain access for the snow sports fans!

I am looking to swap with someone who lives in Brooklyn and am very flexible in terms of timing. Ideally February or March but open to January as well. I am also open to the amount of time! Anywhere from 1-5 weeks.
