We're looking for a two bedroom long-term rental or lease takeover - second bedroom can be small as it's for our five-year-old child. Our ideal neighborhoods are Ditmas Park, Kensington, Prospect Park South, Greenwood or Windsor Terrace in Brooklyn, and Sunnyside in Queens. However we're open to other neighborhoods that are family-friendly.

Our budget is around $3,500/month with some wiggle room.

Hello! We are a family of three looking for a place to live in Brooklyn or Queens starting around July 1 (we have some flexibility on start date).

I'm a journalist and my husband is a project manager. We have a a wonderful five-year-old daughter who will be starting first grade. We lived in New York before but have spent the last six years in Oakland, California. We're a caring and conscientious family looking to start the next chapter of our life in NYC.
