- 2+ bedrooms (with at least one being large enough for a king-sized bed)
- 1.5+ bathrooms
- Dishwasher
- Gas range
- In-unit washer and dryer
- Central A/C or multiple mini-splits (none with wall units only). We’re spoiled from NC 😅
- Parking for 2 cars. Okay if street parking!
- Cat-friendly (we have two!)

- Neighborhood preferences: Mid-City, Koreatown, Mid-Wilshire, Pico-Robertson
- Unfurnished
- 1000+ square feet
- Closets/storage space

About This Lister

I’m Micah (she/they), a 27-year-old product manager who works from home, and my partner, Eric (he/him), is a 33-year-old building engineer from Durham, North Carolina. Us and our two cats, Buckey (6) and Zimmer (5), will be relocating to LA to follow our dreams (how novel…)

Together, we love movies, stand-up comedy, and taking walks. Separately, Eric enjoys hockey, cooking, and chess, while I’m obsessed with quilting, skincare, and Bob Dylan.
