3 bed, 2 (full) bathrooms with gorgeous lighting, in-unit dishwasher, laundry in building's basement, elevator, lounge, bike room, and a roof with stunning views located a 5 minute walk from Greenwood Cemetery, 20 minute walk from Prospect Park. The Prospect Ave stop on the R train is a 5 minute walk away. The building is 5 floors, 10 units and is a pleasant mix of young professionals and families.

The area: Along with Greenwood and Prospect Park nearby, we are surrounded by great eats, coffeeshops, bars, and the Bell House is a 20 minute walk away!

I am leaving NYC for a year and am looking for someone to replace me in this space I have so enjoyed living in!

We are three roommates in our late 20s-early 30s who work hybrid jobs. We value open, respectful communication, keeping the space clean and comfortable. In our spare time we enjoy Greenwood walks, trying new restaurants, bike rides, climbing (one of us works in brand partnerships with a climbing gym!), cooking, messing around on the piano/guitar, and doing yoga on our roof.
