- Dishwasher
- Spacious backyard
- Quiet dead-end street
- 10-minute walk to York Blvd’s coffee shops, restaurants, and bars

Ideally looking for someone who is down to live in the house long-term but also open to short-term subleases. The lease for the house ends January 15th so after that you'd be signing a lease.
