hello!

This is a room in an artist loft, the room being rented is from January - end of February at least, with possible extension/flexibility.
The room is available starting 12/26 if needed an earlier move in.
Looking for someone to stay the full two months minimum preferably.

The room has a queen mattress + heated pad, a fan installed in the wall that blows warm air in from outside the room to keep warm, a dresser + mirror + space to do exercise /yoga.

Outside the room there is another closet for coats + etc, a studio space for will be available for your use by the window that has a desk + easel.

Down the hallway there is a dining table that fits 6+ people, and an open space that currently has a couch & my roommate uses for her fashion projects sometimes but it’s an open space use for anyone.

The kitchen is equipped with any cooking needs, and by the door there is the bathroom and a shoe rack.
The front door opens up to the hallway with bathroom + shoes rack, goes into kitchen, then opens up to dining room+ living area of open space, then down the hall there are the two bedrooms and studio space by the window.
(The bathroom in the photo is getting a new mirror installed at the moment)

The building has a secure package room and a laundry downstairs + rooftop.
The loft has a robot vacuum for easy cleaning.

I will be out of country but will be available via WhatsApp, but my roommate who is in her early 30’s will be there for any additional questions- there is a super who lives close by as well.

For the house energy we keep is pretty peaceful and calm, occasional friends over for have dinner together. This isn’t really a party loft and will appreciate someone who is clean and can keep the similar respectful, considerate energy who needs a place to stay and work.

Between L Dekalb stop and M central / knickerboker, all within 7 minute walk.
Groceries, pharmacy, deli, etc all right around the corner.

Utilities are not included and will be split evenly with Roomate.
