About the Space:
- Rooms available are $1675 and $1670/mo (includes water and heat)
- The bedrooms can fit a full size bed, desk, and dresser ; The room for $1675 has a double closet
- 2 bathrooms: one with a full shower/tub and the other with a walk in shower
- Washer and dryer in unit as well as in the basement
- Stainless steel appliances, gas stove, wine fridge, dishwasher, and microwave
- Pre-war building with elevator access
- Juliette balcony with views of the Botanic Gardens
- Nice large windows with western exposure. Lots of light in the living room
You would be signing a 12 month lease (ending Sept 14, 2026).

About the Neighborhood:

Super cute, relatively quiet, tree lined street with several restaurants and bars on Franklin Ave & Washington Ave just a 10 minute walk away. There’s usually a nice breeze from the park, lovely sunsets, and we actually get to see the stars over here!

We are less than a 10 minute walk to Prospect Park and the neighborhood is full of wonderful and friendly neighbors. In addition to the Botanic Gardens across the street we are a short walk to the Brooklyn Museum. It’s a really beautiful location with a lot of free events going on around the area.

5-10 minute walk to BQS or 2345 subway lines on either end of Washington Ave and B48 bus stops right in front of the building, making it easy to travel to other parts of Brooklyn or commute into Manhattan.

Looking for people that enjoy a clean, relaxing home and craving a little relief from the noise and hustle of the city. We have a dog living here already, so no additional pets, but being familiar with animals is necessary. We have people over occasionally, but don’t bring the party home. Queer and 420 friendly.*

N- I work in Production and Film Education so I’m in the office at least Sun-Wed. I love reading, food and music. I’m a part-time hermit (low-social battery) but always happy to have chats and get to know each other because NY is full of interesting people. Searching for roommates that need a chill environment, already love Crown Heights and are trying to get closer to the park.

B- I work a lot between my office job and part time at a restaurant, so when I'm home I'll most likely just want to chill but always open to hanging out with the roommates. Don't need to force ourselves to be super close but it would be nice to go out together on occasion. In my free time I try to be active and love spending time at the botanic gardens. I would ideally like to room with people that are considerate of the space, keep things tidy and can communicate if they would like something to be adjusted.
