Preffered Budget: $800/$1,200 a month
if needed, I have two guarantors with 700+ credit scores

I am currently applying to school in the UK so there's a possibility I'll be moving in September once admitted. If not, I am open to longer term as well. I'm looking for a flexible space in the meantime that is calm, cozy, clean, and friendly. I am very quiet, tidy, and out of the house alot of the time. Im a barista at a specialty cafe and am also looking for additional work in the literary space.

I've been living in NYC for a year now! Im turning 22 in February. I really enjoy spending time in nature, reading, writing, cooking, and watching films and tv in my downtime. I prioritize good communication with the people I live with and love to take time to get to know them. I don't have any animals however I don't mind living with them.
