I am trying to find a space that is available (at a minimum of) 1-2 days/week in July and August.

My ideal space would...
- At a minimum, be available to me on Wednesdays & Fridays in July and August (there are a few W/F in July that I do not need)
- At a minimum, be available between 9:30-2:30 on those days
- Have space for me to leave or store the art supplies between classes
- Have a sink
- Have access to a bathroom
- Have tables and chairs
- Have natural light
- Be in Greenwich Village or downtown Manhattan
- Be large enough for 10 people to gather around a table or small tables
- Be available for a minimum of 5-10 hrs/week during the weekdays (between 9-4)
- Cost $500/mo or $1000 for the duration of use (~6-9 weeks)

If you have a space but it does not perfectly fit the description of "my ideal space," please still reach out. There is some flexibility on my end if enough details make sense. Also, I am a NYS certified educator and very experienced with managing children (so I understand how to maintain a space with children).
