Hi,
we (Daniel & Beatrice) are looking for a nice furnished 1 bedroom apartment in LA for the month of October. Ideally, we are looking for places near Downtown (Silverlake, Echo park, Los Feliz, Frogtown, Atwater Village, Highland Park) or Mid-town (Larchmont -> LACMA Area), as well as further West (Venice Area).
We don’t smoke, we have no pets, but we are used to a lot of plants. So if you have some we would love taking care of them as well as your flat. Prices of sublet should not exceed 2k, except your place is exceptionally nice :)

We will both be in LA for research purposes and to work on our PhD-book projects in Artistic Research (Daniel) and Translingual studies (Beatrice) . We’ve been already several times in LA and we know the city very well.

At the moment, we are also constantly checking subletting options in LA advertised on Listings project. But if you consider subletting your unlisted apartment please write to us.

Beatrice (Italian) is a literary scholar at a university in Berlin.
