We’re looking for a housemate! This is a shared house with 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom in a quiet nook in the North Portland, Humboldt area.

About house:
A cozy craftsman home in North Portland. Four bedrooms, chef’s kitchen, fireplace, living room. Few blocks from the 4, 6, and 72 buslines, as well as the Interstate/Killingsworth max line stop. Walking distance to public library, PCC college, grocery stores, and restaurants on Alberta, Williams, and Mississippi. There is one pet in the house, a friendly husky - unfortunately, we are not able to house any more pets.

About bedroom:
Unfurnished bedroom on the first floor, double windows and standard closet. Room for dressers.

Amenities:
Access to laundry washer and dryer in the basement. Backyard with garden bed and room to grow.

About This Lister

We are three housemates in our late 20’s to 30’s. Cleanliness and accountability towards maintaining the house is of importance to all of us. We keep a chore chart that rotates weekly to stay on top of things. We’re social and active people but it’s not necessarily a party house however we like to have friends for meals on occasion. No smoking inside; Smoking is allowed outside on the porch. We see this house as a sanctuary space and ask that our future roommate not indulge in excessive drinking or drugs and maintains respectful boundaries with co-habitants, and we will do the same. We are all busy and employed people and tend to be on different schedules most of the time.
